Who we are...

We are a small, family owned event venue and river rafting company situated along the banks of the Rapidan River in the historic Raccoon Ford area of Culpeper County.

Surrounded by several of the counties historic plantation homes and situated on the battlefield of the "Battle of Raccoon Ford", your stay with us will be not only relaxing but historic.

River Rafting

Our Private sand beach is available for daily rental of up to 20 guests and we offer several different "Beach Access" & "River Rafting" Packages. We limit beach access guests/groups to 20 per day for your tranquility and enjoyment of the beach and facilities. We welcome you to bring your own tubes, rafts, kayaks or SUP's, Tubes & Kayaks are available for rental.

Perhaps you'd just like to escape for the day and sit with your toes in the water on a nice sunny beach or lay on a float without having to sit in traffic for hours...
